58000 Kuala Lumpur followed by 

Funeral Service at same residence on 

Saturday, 19th October at 10.00am and thence forth to 

Nirvana Memorial Park, Jalan Pusaka 21/1, 

Off Persiaran Jubli Perak, Section 21 Shah Alam 

for cremation at 12.00 noon.
