Funeral service will be held at the residence at No. 40, Jalan Pantai Jerjak 12, Sg. Nibong, Bayan Lepas, 11900 Penang on Monday, 20-06-2016 at 11.00am and thereafter cortege leaves for cremation at Batu Gantong Crematorium.
