No.16, Jalan Dewan Bahasa, Bukit Seputeh, 50460 Kuala Lumpur on (Tuesday) 6 Dec & (Wednesday) 7 Dec 2022 from 8pm ~ 9pm.

Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Thursday, 8 Dec 2022 at 10am, thereafter cortege will leave for cremation at Nirvana Crematorium Shah Alam.
