A wake service will be held at the residence at No. 19A, Lorong Tun Dr. Ismail, 30350 Ipoh, Perak on Friday, 7th October 2016 at 8.30pm.

Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Saturday, 8th October 2016 at 11.00am and thence to Bercham Crematorium, Ipoh for cremation.
