Passed away peacefully at home on 28.3.2020.

She was a former Ward Sister at University Malaya Hospital, Singapore National University Hospital and Senior Lecturer at Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic. 

Due to the present Movement Control Order, a simple funeral and wake service was held in the presence of family members only on 29.3.2020.

Madam Lee’s family thanks all relatives, friends and former colleagues for their condolences and those who had supported her over the years.
