Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 10th December 2019.
Dearly missed and deeply mourned by his: Brothers and sisters (and their respective spouses) Nephews and nieces (and their respective spouses) Grandnephews, grandnieces and god children Family and friends.
The wake will be held from Wednesday, 11th December 2019 to
Friday, 13th December 2019 at his residence at
No. 1936, Jalan Chan Ewe Pin, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
There will be a Celebration of Life ceremony at the same venue at
8:00 pm on Friday, 13th December 2019.
Family and friends are invited to participate in this event.
Cortege will leave from the same venue at 10:00 am on Saturday, 14th December 2019 for cremation at Berapit Crematorium, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
