Wake Service will be held at 28, Persiaran Seraya, Palm Grove, 41200 Klang, Selangor on 18 December 2019 & 19 December 2019 at 8.30pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 20 December 2019 at the same venue at 10.00am.

Thereafter, cortege will leave to Fairy Park, 6th Mile, Jln. Meru, Klang for cremation.
