Wake service will be held at Nirvana Center 2, M2 Floor, Room RUBY, No.16 Jalan Dewan Bahasa, Bukit Seputeh, 50460 Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 13 July 2021 at 3.30pm.

 

Funeral service will be held at the same venue on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 at 10am, thereafter cortege will leave at 10.30am for cremation at Nirvana Memorial Park Crematorium, Shah Alam.
