Wake service will be held on 5th August 2021 at 6.00pm at the residence No.34, Jln SS3/21, 47300 Petaling Jaya Selangor.
Funeral Service will be held on 6th August 2021 at 9.00am at the same venue.
Thereafter, cortege leaves the residences at 10.15am for Kg Tunku Crematorium, Section 51A, Petaling Jaya Selangor for cremation.
