Shirley is survived by her beloved husband John, her children Peter,
Angeline, and Jaclynn, her God-daughter Ch’ng Bee Eng, and
Sons-in-law Steven and Donovan.

Please join us in celebrating her life during the wake which will be held
at 1-X Medan Tembaga, Taman Greenview, 11600 Penang
on the 6th September, 2021 from 8am to 8pm.

Thank you to everyone at Island Hospital for their love and support.
Prayers will be at 1pm on the 7th September, 2021 and thereafter the
cortege will leave for the funeral at Mount Erskine Crematorium.
