KL Funeral Services, 6, Jalan TK 2/1a, Taman Kinrara, 47180 Puchong, Selangor. Cortege leaves the parlour for cremation to
MBPJ Crematorium, Jalan 229, Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya at 12.30pm.
Cremation is at 1.00pm.
