Funeral rites were held at No. 9, Jalan 18/18,
Taman Kanagapuram, Petaling Jaya on Sunday,
15th December 2019 and cremation on the same day.
The family wishes to express our heartfelt appreciation to relatives and friends for their presence, floral tributes, assistance and prayers during our bereavement.
Also, special thanks to doctors and staff of Geriatrics and Palliative wards of University Malaya Medical Centre.
