Wake service will be held on Monday & Tuesday, 23rd & 24th May 2022, 8pm at 1001, Jalan Seksyen 1/1, Bandar Barat, 31900 Kampar, Perak.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, 25th May 2022 at 9.15am. Thereafter, cortege will leave for cremation at Kampar Chinese Cemetery, Jalan Kuala Dipang, 31900 Kampar, Perak.
